Online Returns

Eligible full-price merchandise purchased through fittedfw.com may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.

To qualify for a return, merchandise must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused
In its original condition
Returned with all original tags attached

All returns are subject to approval.

Final Sale Items

Sale and clearance merchandise, underwear, and items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange, except as required by law.

How to Request a Return

Enter your order number and the email address associated with your purchase to submit your request.

Please do not ship merchandise before receiving return authorization.

Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of authorization.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Fitted is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. Please submit exchange requests through our online Return Portal.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact hello@fittedfw.com promptly with your order number and a description of the issue so we can help resolve it.
