Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel good about your fit and love every item you purchase from FITTED!
We will happily exchange an item for an in-stock item of equal or lesser value. Exchanges are based on availability at the moment you contact us and one exchange per transaction will be allowed. We will do our best to ensure you feel good about your fit.
Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with tags in the original packaging. Items must be postmarked within ten (10) days of the original purchase date. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs including tracking and insurance. Once we receive your shipment, please allow 5-7 days for processing.
We inspect each item before we ship to you, but sometimes things happen. If you receive an item that has been damaged during shipping or appears defective from the manufacturer, please contact us within two (2) days of receipt. Keep the item and original packaging and take pictures of both for insurance purposes. We will provide return instructions via email.
Gift Cards (both physical and electronic) and other items marked "Sale" are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.
