The size I want says "sold out" - What should I do?

How do I track my order?
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed. When your order is complete and shipped, you will receive an additional email with your tracking information. If you do not receive your order within 8-10 business days, please contact us at email@example.com.
Help, I have not received my order!
Sometimes delays or loss in transit occur. First, look at your confirmation email or account activity and verify you entered the correct shipping address. Next, click on the tracking number to find current status. Now, has it been 8-10 days since the items were shipped? If yes, email us and we will help you find your package!
Part of my order is missing or damaged, now what?
We inspect each item before we ship to you, but sometimes things happen between our house and yours. If you receive an item that has been damaged during shipping or appears defective from the manufacturer, please contact us within 2 days of receipt, Keep the item and original packaging and take pictures of both for insurance purposes. We will provide return instructions via email.
Do you ship outside the United States?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
